Alternatively, after modification and change of use, the premises can also be used as offices or medical facilities. The start date of the lease is negotiable. Upon agreement with the current tenant, the studio\'s fixtures and fittings can be taken over for a compensation fee.
The rent will be indexed annually according to current data from the Czech Statistical Office on the average
growth of the consumer price index for the previous calendar year. The landlord prefers a fixed-term lease agreement for a minimum of 3 years. Security deposit in the amount of 2 months\' rent including VAT and 2 advance payments for services.
