Assignment of a lease agreement for the rental of a pizzeria, Prague 3 - Žižkov

We offer the transfer of the lease contract for a completely renovated non-residential premises intended for the production and sale of pizza.
The premises consist of three rooms:
- entrance large room where there is a counter (bar) and where pizza is prepared, baked and dispensed.
- The next room is the kitchen with a large built-in cooler.
- The third room is an office or storage room. At the moment it is used more as an office.
All the rooms together make 97,8 sq m. The lease and the price also include two parking spaces.
The pizzeria is primarily for delivery, there is a table and two places where guests can sit and wait or eat pizza. In the adjacent premises is a pub whose guests (or waiters) order pizza or, conversely, clients can take their pizza to the pub, grab a drink and settle in.
